The only reason I don't give it 5 stars is because I have used it but it really doesn't provide any relief; on the contrary, it caused me discomfort and left me in pain. But maybe it's not for everyone. The seller was kind and eventually resolved my issue. Other than that, the product looks and feels like it's made with good materials and is exactly as shown in the advertisement photos, it's just that personally I don't think it's for me.
